In the role of Tech Support Agent at Nordic Infucare, you will handle numerous user-specific cases and become the expert on Nordic Infucare's products. You will be the user's first point of contact for questions regarding their technical equipment, with phone, email, and digital web forms being your primary tools. During periods of lower activity, you will use your solution-oriented mindset to evaluate, optimize, and continuously improve processes to create a more efficient way of working. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Handling user-specific cases via phone, email, and web forms.
- Serving as Nordic Infucare's spearhead for technical support.
- Managing the entire claims process.
- Continuously reviewing and optimizing/workflow efficiency.
In this role, you will handle support cases via phone and email, which requires excellent communication skills in both speech and writing in Swedish, Danish, and English.

You will handle varied tasks and sometimes multiple assignments simultaneously, always maintaining a high level of quality. It is of great importance that you enjoy working in a team, as you and your colleagues will help each other to solve daily tasks.
We are looking for someone with a technical interest and previous experience in a similar role within technical support. We believe you are empathetic, service-minded, and communicative with both colleagues and users. You are solution-oriented and can prioritize when urgent situations arise, while also being meticulous and appreciating the importance of details.
To succeed as a Tech Support Agent, you must have a good technical understanding, possess solid knowledge of the Office package, and be curious to learn everything about Nordic Infucare's products. You must also speak fluent Swedish, Danish, and English.
We highly value your personal attributes and would prefer candidates with a background in sports or association life. Other Details
Start: Immediate.
Scope: Part-time, approx. 2 days per week.
Working Hours: By agreement, Monday to Sunday, between 7-22, with the majority of shifts between 8-17 on weekdays. Remote work possible by agreement.
Location: Stockholm, Alvik.
