Responsibilities
As an Account Manager at STRIHL, you become the face of the company. You work independently and relationship-building, with great freedom to steer your days and develop your market. The role involves a mix of existing customers and your own prospecting, where you actively seek new business opportunities and drive the sales process from first contact to closing.
The inside sales team supports you by preparing light calculations, simulations, and technical details, so you can focus on the customer dialogue and the overall business.
- Build and develop long-term customer relationships
- Prospecting, cold calling, meeting booking, and new customer processing
- Work strategically with sales across multiple decision levels
- Collaborate closely with inside sales regarding light calculations and solution proposals
You will work primarily in Stockholm and the surrounding area, but the role may also involve travel within Sweden. You will operate from a home office and report to the CEO.

"A typical week, I am usually in the office on Mondays and have meetings and alignments with the rest of the sales team. The rest of the week, I am mainly out in the field for customer visits, project reviews, and on-site dialogues. In parallel, I have ongoing alignments with inside sales, who support with light calculations and quotes. This allows me to focus on customer relationships, needs analysis, and driving the business forward.
We have a high-ceiling culture where people support each other. Communication between departments works smoothly and without unnecessary friction, which means things move quickly. You have freedom under responsibility and can plan your own week and take ownership of your results."
Your profile
We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people and is motivated to create and drive business. You have a technical interest and are curious to understand how our products create value for customers. To succeed, we see that you are self-reliant, fearless, and have a strong will to perform, while being unpretentious and easy to collaborate with. If you have an established network within electrical installation, municipality, sports, or contracting in Stockholm, it is a clear plus. Sports background or experience in sales is also highly valued.
We believe you have:
- High school education
- Experience in sales and/or sports background
- Technical interest and willingness to learn products and systems
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written
- Driver's license
