About the Role

As a Marketing Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling our services in recruitment advertising and talent marketing.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Contacting and booking meetings with companies

• Identifying needs and presenting solutions in advertising and content

• Selling campaigns related to employer branding and recruitment

• Building long-term customer relationships

• Working closely with the founders to help shape our offerings

While deals vary in size, our focus is on helping clients create visibility and attract more relevant candidates.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to enter sales, or someone who has already tested the waters in sales and is ready to take the next step.

You Are:

• Driven and results-oriented

• Fearless when contacting new people

• Curious and eager to learn quickly

• Competitive (a sports background is a plus)

• Independent and take ownership of your work

You do not need extensive experience – we place greater emphasis on your attitude and willingness to develop.

Compensation

This role is commission-based with excellent earning potential.
