- good understanding of IT solutions, such as systems, operations, infrastructure, communication, licensing models, and security solutions
- experience working closely with IT specialists and translating technical needs into procurement requirements
- good knowledge of the Public Procurement Act (LOU)
- very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
It is an advantage if you have experience of:
- the Act on Procurement in the Defence and Security Sector (LUFS)
- technically advanced requirement specification
- supplier management and negotiation within IT contracts
- different types of procurement procedures
- working with information security in procurement
- contract follow-up
- conducting procurements in English
In all our work, both internally and externally, we act based on the state value foundation. As all employees and leaders with us, you are expected to act in accordance with the agency's approach.
The approaches apply in everyday life, crisis, and war. They should be seen as a whole and build on each other; collaborative – proactive – decisive.

To succeed in the role, we see that you are analytical and have the ability to quickly create a holistic picture in complex contexts. You are driving, structured, and deliver with high quality.
You find it easy to collaborate, communicate, and build trust in an environment with many contact points.

We offer a permanent full-time position with an initial probationary period.
The location is Karlstad or Stockholm. Business travel is required.
