About the Role
This is a consulting assignment where you will start working part-time during the spring and then transition to full-time during the summer. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for Dagab. There may also be an opportunity for continued part-time work after the summer.

💼 Responsibilities
In the role of Price Administrator, you are a vital part of the pricing strategy team and contribute to ensuring high quality and efficiency in the daily pricing process. You work closely with strategists and support with administration, system management, follow-up, and coordination, enabling the team to focus on analysis and strategic decisions.
A selection of responsibilities includes:
• Price administration in systems, such as registering and updating prices, price rules, and periods according to decided guidelines
• Quality assurance of price data through checks for discrepancies, duplicates, and incorrect terms
• Creating reports and summaries in Excel, such as price indices, margin outcomes, and price change lists
• Coordinating and collecting data from internal functions such as purchasing and marketing
• Handling and following up on discrepancies in the price flow and ensuring corrections are implemented
• Updating documentation, routines, and work instructions
• Supporting the team with ad hoc tasks and preparations for meetings
🔍 Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities
• Ongoing or completed post-secondary education in economics, trade, administration, systems/IT, or similar
• Experience of administrative work with a high pace, several parallel tasks, and requirements for accuracy
• Very good skills in Excel
• Experience with ERP systems and/or working with master data is highly meritorious
• Good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
You are a very careful and structured person who enjoys working according to clear processes and checklists. You have an eye for detail and ensure high quality in everything you do. Furthermore, you are service-oriented and enjoy supporting others in their work. You have the ability to work at a high pace and can prioritize when several tasks occur in parallel. Finally, you are communicative and confident in raising discrepancies and ensuring that the right actions are taken.
Other Information
Start Date: Immediate for part-time. Full-time June-August.
Location: Torsplan, Stockholm
Salary: According to agreement
