Nordiska Inglasningar is Sweden's largest and market-leading player in the glazing industry. The company offers premium products manufactured in its own factory in Sweden, ensuring high quality, short delivery times, and competitive prices.

The company is experiencing strong growth and is now looking for a new salesperson to join the team in Stockholm. In total, over 150 employees work at the offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and the headquarters in Eskilstuna.

Job Description:

In the role of Salesperson, you will sell glazing solutions to private individuals. Thanks to the company's powerful lead generation, you will primarily work with warm leads and have meetings scheduled for you. Sales are conducted both through home visits and via visits to housing cooperatives (BRF) using a specially built demo truck, where the company's products are presented directly to the customer. The work involves large deals with short sales cycles.

Nordiska Inglasningar is at the forefront of automation, providing the salesperson with excellent administrative support and the opportunity to focus on sales.

Your Profile:

You have a burning interest in sales and are driven to constantly develop and achieve new goals. As a person, you are driven, goal-oriented, and competitive, with the ability to quickly build trust and close deals. You see opportunities to grow within the company, take on greater responsibility, and develop both professionally and personally.

Requirements:

  • Class B driver's license
  • At least 2–3 years of documented sales experience, preferably with field sales experience
  • Experience in new customer acquisition with the ability to independently drive the entire sales process
  • Curious, creative, and willing to constantly improve your way of working
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Advantageous:

  • Ability to communicate in multiple languages
  • Experience working with both B2B and B2C customers
  • Experience working in CRM systems

Other Details:

Location: Bromma, Stockholm

Start Date: As agreed

Salary Level: Fixed salary combined with an attractive commission model

You will also have the opportunity to participate in a 1-year sales training program with Mikael Arndt, including 25 accredited sales courses and live lectures every week. You also have the chance to attend Sweden's largest sales event at Oscarsteatern and a 2-day sales training session on-site in Stockholm to further develop your sales skills.
