Are you a content nerd who loves to craft texts to reach the right target audience in various channels and gets excited when your latest Instagram post breaks records? Do you spot a typo from a mile away, are structured, have an eye for detail, and want to work broadly with communication that makes a difference? Then you might be the one we are looking for at our marketing department in Stockholm. To thrive in this role, you must also love social media and keep up with the latest trends.
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator for a three-year temporary position, starting August 1st.
About the role:
As a Marketing Coordinator for SATS Sweden, you will have a broad role within the marketing department, responsible for creating content for a variety of channels, both online and offline. Publishing in different digital channels, writing articles about exercise and health, and creating engaging content for social media will be part of your daily work.
You will also be involved in coordinating local events, ordering print materials, publishing press releases, and working with HR on joint CSR initiatives. You are a structured project manager with checklists for almost everything, and you enjoy being the hub in many different projects. To thrive in this role, you need to enjoy everything from translating finished texts to creating initiatives from scratch.
You will report to the Head of Marketing in Sweden and become part of our Swedish marketing team where you will play an important role. You will also work closely with our Nordic in-house marketing department, where we have high creativity, high ceilings, and great engagement!
Examples of tasks:
- Coordinate, plan, and execute various marketing activities in line with our Nordic strategy.
- Support PR events and launches.
- Copywriting – translate, proofread, and adapt texts for the Swedish market.
- Write press releases and publish on Mynewsdesk.
- Create, publish, and quality-assure content in our digital channels, such as web, app, and social media.
- Manage social media by following our Nordic content plan, creating relevant local content, and keeping track of trends.
- Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with our CRM department on newsletters to various target groups within our member base.
- Project manage and coordinate marketing activities in the Swedish market.

About you:
We believe you are a solution-oriented and structured communicator with an eye for detail and the craft of copywriting. You are a self-driven do-er who finds it exciting to develop and be challenged in your work. Most likely, you also have an interest in exercise and health, like to stay updated in the field, and are motivated by our vision.
You have a university degree or equivalent in marketing/journalism and have worked for a few years at a marketing department or agency. You think marketing is one of the most fun things there is, and you like to keep up with the latest in social media. You are used to publishing in various channels and working from strategies that you have partly helped to develop yourself. You are talented when it comes to the written word and are happy to suggest how best to reach out in different channels.
Formal requirements for your background:
- University degree or equivalent in communication and/or marketing with a focus on copy or journalism.
- 2-3 years of experience working at a marketing department or agency.
- Documented skilled writer/copywriter.
- You communicate fluently and effortlessly in Swedish and English.
Desirable qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience of publishing in social channels and on the web.
- Experience in creating content and handling editing software for image/video such as Adobe programs.
- You navigate easily through various CRM and web systems.
