TeknikAkademin Norden AB is seeking a teacher in Customer Success Management. The role involves teaching and guiding students in customer relationships, business development, and customer experience, with a focus on how companies create long-term customer value.

Teaching combines theory and practical elements where you contribute with real-world examples and current industry knowledge.

• Teach within Customer Success, customer lifecycle, and business models

• Introduce strategies for customer loyalty, retention, and growth

• Teach within customer experience, behavior, and communication

• Work with cases, projects, and real-world examples

• Support students in analyzing customer data and business insights

• Are professionally active within Customer Success, business development, or a related field

• Have several years of experience working with customer relationships and business processes

• Have a good understanding of digital business models and customer journeys

• Are accustomed to working with customer data, analysis, and follow-up

• Have good pedagogical skills and can convey knowledge clearly

• Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
