We are now looking for a retail salesperson for our store in Västberga, a role for you who want to be close to customers, the team, and daily problem-solving.

About the Role
At Sifvert Skruv, the store is a central part of the business. Here we meet the customer every day, and much of our quality is determined here. You will work operationally with sales and advisory services within fasteners. Your focus is to help the customer find the right solution quickly, smoothly, and with high quality. You are expected to take responsibility in your daily work, both for your own contribution and for the overall store operations. This means you see what needs to be done and act together with the team. We currently have a customer satisfaction rate of 97%, something we are proud of – and simultaneously driven to continue developing.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Sales and customer advisory in-store, via phone, and email
• Order registration and follow-up
• Handling returns, complaints, and customer inquiries
• Replenishment, inventory, and ordering of goods
• Ensuring order and structure in the store and warehouse
• Displaying campaigns and products
• You will collaborate daily with colleagues in the store, warehouse, and sales.

Replenishment, Part of the Role
You will also work with our service "Replenishment", visiting industrial customers in the Greater Stockholm area. This means that you:

• Plan and carry out replenishment at the customer's site
• Ensure order and structure in the customer's warehouse
• Represent Sifvert Skruv in the customer's daily operations

Requirements

• Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Class B driver's license

Practical Details

• Full-time, Västberga
• Working hours: 06:55–16:05 (opening & closing)
• Start date according to agreement
• 6-month probationary period, followed by a 36-month project contract with the goal of converting to a permanent position when the project ends.
