About the position
- You are responsible for your own district and your custom-built truck ("rolling store"), which serves as your workplace.
- You develop sales and build long-term customer relationships in your district by visiting both new and existing customers daily.
- You demonstrate and showcase the function, quality, and efficiency of our products to the customers you visit.
- You ensure your rolling store is well-stocked and representative.
To assist you, you have access to CRM and business systems. You receive product training during your introduction and ongoing throughout your employment. You will receive close support and coaching from your regional manager and also have access to support from the rest of the sales organization in the form of experienced colleagues.

About you
- You are driven by making deals and creating new customer relationships.
- You are practical and thrive in an independent role with great personal responsibility.
- You have a positive attitude and a "I'll fix this" mindset.
- You have a natural drive and enjoy creating new contacts and providing good service.
- You are well-organized and have good planning skills.
- You are used to maintaining good order.
- You are motivated and driven by clear goals and result fulfillment.
- You likely have an interest in motors and vehicles.
Qualifications
- You have at least 2 years of work experience, perhaps from some form of practical work with customer contact.
- You have a B-class driver's license.
- You speak and write Swedish fluently.
- You are computer literate.
- You are willing to obtain a C-class license, YKB, and ADR if you do not already have them. We have a good setup to organize and finance this.
- Living within the district is considered a plus.
- The job includes physical tasks which require the ability to perform them, e.g., being able to lift and carry goods in and out of your rolling store.
Other important information
The position is full-time, and we apply a commission-based salary with very good opportunities for a high monthly income. To ensure you feel secure and have time to build your district, we naturally offer a guaranteed salary model, "Smartab's security package," which means a fixed guaranteed income of 35,000 SEK/month during the first 12 months.
You work from home and are responsible for your district, which includes, among others, Dalarö, Handen, Haninge, Jordbro, Nykvarn, Nynäshamn, Skogås, Södertälje, Tumba, Gustavsberg, Huddinge, Hägersten, Saltsjö-Boo, Segeltorp, Tyresö, Vårby, Värmdö, and Årsta.
