About the Role

Our client's vision is to contribute to a more sustainable society by reducing dependence on fossil fuels. The company is a fast-growing player in the solar industry that, over the last decade, has evolved from offering only solar panels to having a broad portfolio of energy solutions today.

We are now looking, together with our client, for someone who wants to take the next step in their career as a B2C Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, you are responsible for the entire sales process and the full product range towards customers. You will be introduced to a welcoming work environment where you will receive a thorough onboarding and support from colleagues.

Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to own the entire sales process – from the first customer contact to a closed deal. Depending on which team you belong to, you will either work with existing private customers offering smart add-on services or contact new customers.

The role includes, among other things:

  • Contacting customers and presenting tailored solutions
  • Conducting needs analyses and providing advice on energy solutions
  • Working towards clear goals and following up on your results

We are looking for you who

  • Have experience in sales where the phone has been your primary tool
  • Are skilled at building trust and driving dialogues forward
  • Are results-oriented and motivated to reach and exceed targets
  • Have fluent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
