Your Responsibilities

As an Account Manager at Framtiden, you will play a key role in connecting talents with exciting career opportunities. You are the company's professional face to the outside world and build long-term relationships with our clients.

Your daily routine is varied, with the following foundation:

  • Prospect new clients
  • Handle cold and warm calls to clients
  • Identify staffing needs for new and existing clients
  • Tailor solutions within staffing and recruitment for the client, acting as an advisor on their recruitment needs
  • Conduct sales meetings, both digitally and primarily physically on-site at the client
  • Follow-up and client care in both the short and long term

Your Profile

We are looking for someone hungry to develop and driven to learn more about sales! You are goal-oriented and results-driven. You enjoy working with freedom under responsibility and drive your own development! You take ownership of your work and are eager to drive your surroundings to succeed together!

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Class B driver's license

Merits:

  • Experience in outbound sales, e.g., telephone or field sales
  • B2B experience
