About the Role
As a Communicator, you will work with processing and publishing content on the Swedish Customs Agency's websites using the Sitevision web publishing system. You are expected to perform editorial tasks in Sitevision, including migrating and adapting content from existing page templates to new ones, as well as developing an ongoing bilingual web structure.

When needed, the role also includes other tasks common to a communications department, such as writing, editing, and proofreading content and news articles, as well as handling incoming inquiries.

Contract Period and Scope:
This is a full-time consultant position starting as soon as possible, estimated to run until 2026-09-04. Remote work may be possible for up to two days per week, subject to agreement with the manager.

Requirements:
• Higher education in media and communication or equivalent, with at least three (3) years of relevant work experience. Alternatively, high school education or equivalent with five (5) years of experience as a communicator.
• Knowledge of digital communication, social media, and brand building.
• Proficiency in MS Office or equivalent.
• Proficiency in editing tools (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop, etc.).
• Strong knowledge and experience working with Sitevision over the last 5 years.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to follow principles of plain language and Swedish writing rules.
• Experience writing and working with web texts for various target groups.
• Experience working with multilingual websites.
• Ability to follow web accessibility guidelines.

Assignments placed in security-classified environments may require a security clearance before the assignment starts. A writing test will also be conducted following an interview with the Swedish Customs Agency.
