Do you want a role where you don't just manage, but actually influence, develop, and drive the business forward? Toyota Sweden is now seeking a Product Planner Accessories for Toyota and Lexus. In this role, you will work towards a seamless accessories business, spanning from structure and systems to communication and sales.

You will take on a central role with many interfaces, working both operationally and proactively to maximize the business and create the best possible conditions for a growing and well-functioning accessories division.

About the Role

This is not a classic administrative role; quite the opposite. You will work proactively and proactively with the accessories business and related operations. You will identify areas for improvement, drive initiatives, and ensure that the right products, information, and conditions are in place to create a smooth, efficient, and profitable business.

You will operate at the intersection of product, market, dealers, and international contacts, serving as a key player in making the whole picture work.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

  • Driving and developing the accessories business, with a focus on structure, content, and product information
  • Supporting dealers on issues related to the accessories business
  • Working proactively to identify business opportunities and improvements
  • Ensuring that articles, codes, and prices are correctly set up and optimized in systems
  • Coordinating and harmonizing information between our European office, product team, dealers, and our Nordic organization
  • Creating clear, selling, and target-group-adapted product information with strong customer and user value
  • Planning and conducting training sessions/webinars on new models and products
  • Analyzing sales data and key figures to maximize the potential of the business
  • Driving improvements in processes, ways of working, and information flows

The role is based at our fine office in Sundbyberg, where you will belong to our department for spare parts and accessories, reporting to the Manager Parts & Accessories.

Your Profile

To thrive and be successful in this role, we believe you:

  • Have experience working with product information, systems, and data, and enjoy bringing structure to complex flows
  • Are confident in Excel and preferably Power BI
  • Have an understanding of logistics, item management, and how the business connects all the way to the customer
  • Are a strong communicator who can make complex information simple, clear, and selling
  • Have a business-driven mindset and see the connection between content, customer experience, and results
  • Have excellent skills in both Swedish and English
  • It is an advantage if you have a post-secondary education in e.g., logistics, economics, engineering, or communication
