About the Role

As an Account Manager at CN Rood, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening customer relationships in Sweden. You will be based in Stockholm (or another location of your choice) and work closely with customers in sectors such as research, education, and industries with high-tech requirements. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with both existing and new customers
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities by understanding customers' technical needs
- Presenting and selling CN Rood's broad portfolio of products and services
- Collaborating with technical experts and support teams to ensure customers receive the right solutions

The role involves a high degree of flexibility – you will work from home or a co-working space, and weeks will include some travel to meet existing and potential new customers.
We are looking for you who
- Have several years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technical sales
- Are independent, solution-oriented, and enjoy building trust and relationships
- Have strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, as both languages are used in daily work
- Have the ability to travel within Sweden for customer meetings
- Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
To succeed as an Account Manager at CN Rood, you need to be a person with a strong business acumen and the ability to build long-term relationships. You are self-driven and motivated, with a natural ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions. Furthermore, you thrive in a dynamic, international environment and find it easy to communicate and collaborate with both customers and colleagues. Flexibility and a willingness to develop are also important to stay updated on technological advancements and changing customer needs.
