The company is expanding, and we are now looking for a:

Active Sales Manager Sweden

The Position

The role combines freedom, responsibility, and great opportunities to make an impact – perfect for you with a strong "hunter drive" and passion for technology, business, and customer relationships.

Here, you will play a key role in growing Norsonic's position in the Swedish market. You will be our face to the outside world and the one who creates business through relationships, expertise, and user value.

The position involves long-term work with industry, consultants, research, universities, and the public sector. You will:

  • Investigate current and new market opportunities that you strategically use to achieve good sales results.
  • Schedule meetings and visit interesting prospects and customers.
  • Ask questions with interest and suggest suitable solutions that help the customer solve their problems.
  • Demonstrate advanced or market-leading sound and vibration instruments. You will receive training from us.
  • The position also includes various trade fairs, conferences, customer training, or meetings with suppliers.

You will join an engaged and competent team led by Elin Risberg, Sales & Marketing Manager. The team consists of 10 people in sales, marketing, product management, and administration.

Together we create success – but you own your own market.

Qualifications/Person

This job is for you who want freedom under responsibility and who enjoy setting your own agenda.

We would like you to have:

  • Documented experience in technical B2B sales.
  • Technical curiosity and interest in learning new things.
  • You enjoy seeking out customers, building relationships, and winning deals.
  • As a person, you are self-reliant and proactive, somewhat like an entrepreneur within the company.
  • You have a "nose for business" and understand basic technical and economic contexts that allow you to help the customer get the best solution to their problems.
  • You are driven to create business, meet people, and deliver results. We wish that you have your base in Stockholm or Jönköping and the surrounding area.

The work requires that you can express yourself well in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. You naturally have a B driver's license. The position includes approximately 40-50 travel days per year. We offer a competitive salary and employment terms as well as compensation for a home office. For the right person, there are good opportunities to develop within the company.
