About the role
As a Sales Loan Officer at Lendo, you play a key role in their team. Your main task is to contact customers who have previously been in contact with Lendo, listen to their needs, and sell the right solution for their specific situation. With an advisory and relationship-building approach, you help the customer find the best solution for them. The goal is to help them find the best loan based on their individual situation. You will belong to a team of 18 people, and here the phone will truly be your primary tool. You will actively work with needs analysis, applications, and follow-ups to maximize both customer satisfaction and business results.

Responsibilities
📞 Contact customers who have previously been in contact with Lendo, listen to their needs, and sell the right solution for their specific situation. The phone becomes your primary tool where you actively work with needs analysis, applications, and follow-ups to maximize both customer satisfaction and business results. Therefore, you need to be used to having many customer calls per day and enjoy doing so.
💡 With an advisory and relationship-building approach, you help the customer find the best solution for them. The goal is to help them find the best loan based on their individual situation.
🎯 You maintain high phone activity – every call is a chance to help a customer and create value.
We are looking for you who
- Have previous experience in sales and a natural sense for creating business and customer value where you see an opportunity in every call. Being communicative, driven, structured, and enjoying a fast-paced work environment with high activity will be A and O.
- Have a completed high school diploma.
- Speak and write fluently in Swedish and have good command of English.
To succeed in the role, you have the following personal qualities:
- Are competitive and motivated by reaching and exceeding sales targets.
- Have a natural ability to build relationships and trust over the phone.
- Are driven to find sales opportunities and turn them into concrete results.
- Are a team player who can also take own initiatives and work independently.
