About the role

As a Sales Handler at Lendo, you will be part of a smaller team and report to the department's team leader. Your main focus is to proactively help customers with their financial situation through outgoing calls and generate leads for cross-selling to other departments, with the telephone as your primary work tool.

In the event of employment, a background check will be conducted as the final step in the process.

Responsibilities

The role involves analyzing customer needs through outgoing phone contact and proactively offering suitable solutions within Lendo's service portfolio, with the goal of generating new business opportunities and contributing to customers' financial well-being. You will, among other things:

  • Contact customers via outgoing calls for cross-selling
  • Conduct needs analyses to understand the customer's financial situation
  • Guide customers through the loan application process
  • Follow up on received offers and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Generate leads for other departments within Lendo
  • Use Lendo's internal admin system for customer management
  • Work goal-oriented with commission and sales targets

We are looking for you who

  • Have completed upper secondary school
  • Have basic experience of sales via telephone and previous experience of outgoing sales
  • Have good computer and system skills
  • Are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, as contact with customers is conducted in Swedish

It is an advantage if you have

  • Knowledge of personal loans or mortgages
  • Advanced ability to conduct needs analyses and provide advisory services
