About the Role

As a Sales-Oriented Customer Service Representative, you are the voice of the company. You help our customers with their inquiries – but you don't stop there. You see opportunities. You identify customer needs, present smart solutions, and drive upselling that benefits both the customer and the company.

You will:

• Handle incoming calls and emails with a high level of service
• Actively work on upselling and needs analysis
• Present relevant add-on services and products
• Work towards clear goals – both individual and team-based
• Be driven by the opportunity to influence your own income through commission
