About the Role

As a salesperson with us, you are the player on the field driving business from the first contact to the signed contract. You work with the entire sales process, build relationships, and help customers find the right fire protection solutions that truly make a difference.

In this role, you work closely with our fire protection consultants, which means you receive support from their technical expertise while you are responsible for the customer dialogue and the business. Together, you ensure that the customer receives a comprehensive solution that is safe, clear, and tailored to their needs.

This is a role for you who want to combine sales, customer contact, and a clear purpose – to contribute to a safer society.

Your main areas of responsibility include:

• Prospecting potential customers and business opportunities.
• Booking your own meetings.
• Understanding customer needs and offering tailored fire protection solutions.
• Negotiating and signing contracts.
• Building strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Following up and driving deals through the entire sales process.

Brandsäkra works with comprehensive solutions within preventive fire protection for property owners, housing companies, and housing cooperatives.

The vision is that no one should perish in a building fire, where the business idea is to prevent and stop fires through inspections, consultation, maintenance, and installation of various types of fire protection.

We offer our services throughout Sweden and currently help approximately 900 associations with their fire protection on an ongoing basis. Among our customers are property companies, housing cooperatives, businesses, and municipalities. We are members of SVEBRA and the Fire Protection Association.

Brandsäkra was named a Gazelle by Dagens Industri in 2019, 2020, and 2021. In 2020, Brandsäkra received the Entrepreneur of the Year award from Företagarna.
