We are currently looking for a Finnish-speaking customer service representative for our client, Parfym.se. You will be employed as a consultant via Inte Bara Post Bemanning, and the work is performed entirely remotely.

As a customer service representative, you will be the voice of Parfym.se in the Nordic region. Your main responsibility is to provide fast, high-quality support and ensure a positive customer experience.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support in Finnish via email, chat, and phone.
  • Administer complaint cases, including gathering documentation and internal collaboration.
  • Handle payment-related inquiries such as invoices, credits, and payment options.
  • Assist customers with logistics matters, such as delivery tracking and return management.
  • Provide support to loyalty club members regarding points, offers, and vouchers.

As a person, you are supportive, warm, attentive, and dedicated to creating a positive experience in every interaction. You enjoy going the extra mile and have a natural desire to build long-term relationships where both new and returning customers feel secure and well taken care of.

You must meet the following requirements:

  • Are fully fluent in the Finnish language, both spoken and written.
  • Have previous service experience. Customer service experience is an asset.
  • Have good computer skills and can easily learn new systems.
