Responsibilities

In this role, you will work with two main focus areas:

Training & Adoption Support:

• Contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of the organization's AI training.
• Create and update training materials, documentation, and onboarding support.
• Collect and structure user feedback to improve training content.
• Ensure knowledge bases are up to date and that materials meet audit and compliance requirements.

Portfolio Support:

• Support the portfolio's progress through requirements gathering, documentation, and administration.
• Prepare deliverables such as user stories, requirement specifications, and user flows.
• Consolidate input from stakeholders and manage backlog and portfolio overviews.
• Ensure clear information is available for both portfolio and development teams.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is naturally curious about new technology and thrives in a role where structure and communication are key to success. You are meticulous, take great personal responsibility, and have the ability to bring order to complex information.

We prefer that you have:

• An ongoing or completed post-secondary education in economics, IT, data, or technology.
• A basic understanding of AI, analysis tools, and modern technology.
• Good analytical skills and experience in structuring documentation.
• Meritorious experience from student roles, internships, or junior roles in analysis or coordination.

As a person, you are clear in your communication in both Swedish and English, collaborative, and comfortable handling multiple parallel tasks in a dynamic environment.

Additional Information

Employment Type: Permanent with a 6-month probation period. Assuming both parties are satisfied, there is an opportunity to be directly recruited by the client.
Scope: Full-time.
Location: Gothenburg or Stockholm.
Start Date: As agreed.
