What does the job involve?
This is an entry-level customer service position at a large international company in Stockholm. No prior experience is required – just the right attitude.
Your responsibilities:
- Answer calls, emails, and chats from customers
- Assist with inquiries regarding invoices and banking matters
- Provide excellent and clear service
You will receive a thorough introduction and learn everything you need on the job.
Requirements:
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written
- Basic English skills
- You enjoy talking to people and helping out
- You are detail-oriented and can keep track of multiple tasks simultaneously
Have you worked in service before? Great, but it is not a must.

| Salary | 21,000 SEK/month + bonus |
