Then you should apply for the position of Tech Support Agent at Nordic Infucare!
In the role of Tech Support Agent at Nordic Infucare, you will handle numerous unique user cases and become the expert on Nordic Infucare's products. You will be the user's first point of contact for questions regarding their technical equipment, with phone, email, and digital web forms being your primary tools. During periods of lower activity, you will use your solution-oriented mindset to evaluate, optimize, and continuously improve processes to create a more efficient way of working. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Handling user-specific cases via phone, email, and web forms.
- Acting as Nordic Infucare's spearhead for technical support.
- Managing the entire claims process.
- Continuously reviewing and optimizing/workflow efficiency.
In this role, you will handle support cases via phone and email, which requires excellent communication skills in both speech and writing in Swedish, Finnish, and English.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong sense of responsibility who thrives in a structured and independent work environment. You will handle varied tasks and sometimes multiple commitments simultaneously, always maintaining a high quality standard. It is of great importance that you enjoy working in a team, as you and your colleagues will collaborate to solve daily tasks.
We are looking for someone who is empathetic, service-aware, and communicative with both colleagues and users. You are solution-oriented and able to prioritize when urgent situations arise, while also being meticulous and appreciating the importance of details.
To succeed as a Tech Support Agent, you need a good technical understanding, strong knowledge of the Office package, and curiosity to learn everything about Nordic Infucare's products. You must also speak fluent Finnish and English.
Requirements: Fluent spoken and written Finnish.
Additional Information
Start: Immediate.
Scope: Part-time, approx. 2 days per week.
Working Hours: By agreement, Monday to Sunday, between 07:00–22:00. The majority of shifts are weekdays between 08:00–17:00. Remote work possible by agreement.
Location: Stockholm, Alvik.
