Together, you will contribute to a coordinated, uniform, and professional occupational health and safety effort across the entire group.
You will work closely with the HR organizations of the store chains but also, to some extent, directly with the operations. The role is about supporting, guiding, and driving the occupational health and safety work forward by making it work in practice.
The focus is on developing and driving the systematic occupational health and safety work (SAM), strengthening the reporting culture regarding incidents and accidents, and working with concrete risk areas in stores.
As part of the assignment, you will contribute to creating a more uniform and functional systematic occupational health and safety work within stores in collaboration with HR, operations, and safety within the stores. This is a role for you who want to be close to the operations, build trust, and drive change through knowledge, clarity, and collaboration. The role reports to the Head of Negotiation and Compensation.
Your main responsibilities:

- Support and guide managers on occupational health and safety issues related to the physical work environment.
- Contribute to risk assessments, safety rounds, and investigations of accidents and near-misses.
- Increase the reporting rate and improve work related to incident management.
- Collaborate with HR, operations, safety, and other functions on occupational health and safety issues.
- Support and/or participate in inspections by the Swedish Work Environment Authority and follow-ups thereof.
- Contribute to training initiatives and workshops within the occupational health and safety area.
About you
To succeed in this role, you have solid experience working with physical occupational health and safety in an operationally close environment, for example within retail, logistics, production, or similar. You thrive in an operational role where you get to be close to the operations and make a difference by creating structure, clarity, and momentum. You have a good understanding of the business's prerequisites and know how to build trust with managers and other internal stakeholders.
As a person, you are confident in your specialist role, unpretentious in your working style, and have a natural ability to collaborate with different types of functions. You are clear in your communication and have the ability to both support and set requirements when necessary.
