Justera is currently seeking an analytical and driven Junior Analyst for an exciting consulting assignment with our client in Solna. In this role, you will become a key player in a strategic project where the theory behind capability-based planning is translated into practical action.

You will work closely with experienced colleagues to structure data, identify gaps in the organization's capabilities, and package insights that lead to actual decisions. This is a unique opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career to gain insight into one of Europe's largest energy companies and work on complex issues affecting the energy transition.

As a junior analyst, you will support the working group in producing high-quality decision-making materials. Your main tasks include:

• Data Structuring: Organize data from capability maps and gap analyses and link them to specific initiatives.

• Analysis & Modeling: Build and maintain data models in Excel using Power Query and pivot tables.

• Visualization: Create clear and informative reports and dashboards in Power BI.

• Decision Support: Produce professional presentations in PowerPoint with a focus on clear structure and good visual design.

• Project Support: Contribute to progress in the working group by ensuring that materials are up-to-date and easily accessible.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in analysis, BI, or controlling. We view relevant experience from internships or thesis work positively.

• Excel Expertise: You are very comfortable with advanced Excel, including Power Query and data modeling.

• BI Tools: Basic to intermediate knowledge of Power BI.

• Communication: You are skilled in PowerPoint and have an eye for presentation design.

• You express yourself fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, and master the art of writing short, concise, and clear text.

Merits (Nice to haves):

• Experience from the energy or infrastructure industry.

• Knowledge of SQL or DAX.

• Basic understanding of portfolio management (benefit/risk analysis).

• Experience working in Azure DevOps.

• Period: 2026-04-01 to 2026-06-30 (with possibility of extension).
