About the Customer Success Manager role
In the role of Customer Success Manager, you will become an important piece of the puzzle in Avy's Delivery team, with the aim of building long-term customer relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will be assigned a customer portfolio where, together with the responsible Account Manager, you will help customers get maximum value from Avy's solutions. Your tasks include proactively following up on customer needs, participating in customer meetings, handling cases in Zendesk when necessary, and participating in implementation projects for new customers and systems. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with your colleagues in Avy's Delivery team to provide the customer with the best possible experience, with a focus on availability and customer satisfaction. The team consists of other Customer Success Managers and Support Agents. You will also collaborate with other parts of the organization, including project managers, product developers, the IT team, and the sales department.
Your main responsibilities:
- Be an important piece of the puzzle in Avy's Delivery team to build long-term customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Be the primary contact person for your customer portfolio in ongoing deliveries – in close collaboration with your colleagues.
- Follow up and act proactively on customer needs through meetings, follow-ups, and system support.
- Participate in projects for the onboarding of new customers/systems.
About you
To succeed in the role, we see that you have several years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or an equivalent customer-facing role. If you also have a post-secondary education in IT/tech, business development, or an equivalent field, this is considered a merit. You have extensive experience of independently driving long-term customer relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction, customer experience, and development. Furthermore, you have very good system skills, where experience in SaaS companies, CRM systems, and automation or similar areas is considered advantageous. You speak Swedish and English fluently, where language skills in Finnish are considered a merit.

At the same time, you have a natural drive where you are structured and solution-oriented in your way of working, with a genuine business interest and the ability to create valuable collaborations.
Important for the role:
- Several years of work experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or an equivalent customer-facing role.
- Extensive experience of independently driving long-term customer relationships, with responsibility for customer satisfaction, customer experience, and development of the customer relationship.
- Very good system skills, where experience in SaaS companies, CRM systems, and automation or similar areas is seen as advantageous.
- Fluent language skills in Swedish and English.
Merits for the role:
- Relevant post-secondary education, likely in IT/tech, business development, or an area that can be considered equivalent.
- Good language skills in Finnish.
