Rusta is looking for a German-speaking backoffice employee who takes responsibility for solving problems and ensuring outstanding customer experiences. Rusta is in a strong growth phase, and as part of their core operations, you will help strengthen the team and drive development forward!

About the role

In the role of Customer Service Associate at Rusta, service and customer focus are a given. You enjoy solving problems and handling all types of customers in an environment characterized by a service mindset, quality focus, and results-driven culture. While you will handle a large volume of repetitive cases daily, a key goal is to reduce these by creating better solutions and more self-service options for customers, allowing the team to focus on more complex issues.

The role reports to the Customer Service Manager and is based at Rusta's headquarters in Upplands Väsby. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00. Your immediate team consists of approximately five colleagues working with Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Germany.

Responsibilities

Your main areas of responsibility include:

  • Communicating with customers and stores by handling cases regarding complaints and Club Rusta.
  • Ensuring the delivery of online and home delivery products.
  • Managing customer dialogues on social media.
  • Handling DHL cases, including transport damage, spare parts, and insurance matters.
  • Ensuring insights are gathered and driving them internally.
  • Administration of gift cards, payouts, and mileage reimbursement.
  • Contacting ARN/The Consumer Council when necessary.

We are looking for you who

  • Have the ability to express yourself clearly in speech and writing in Swedish, German, and English.
  • Have a completed high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Have excellent computer and system skills as well as good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
  • Have previous experience in customer service, administration, sales, and/or other service professions.

It is an advantage if you have

  • Knowledge of other Nordic languages.
  • Internal knowledge of Rusta or experience working in Rusta stores.
