About Us
Within our heat production department at E.ON, we hold the collective responsibility for the operation, maintenance, distribution, and long-term development of our power and heating plants in northern Stockholm, with Högbytorp being our largest production site. Here, we work together with a focus on safety, efficiency, and innovation to ensure our facilities maintain the highest standards.

As a Documentation Engineer, you will become part of our Asset Management team, which has the important mission of ensuring that our technical documentation is correct, up-to-date, and accessible over time. This is a central part of ensuring our facilities can be operated, maintained, and developed in a safe and efficient manner.

We are now looking for a new colleague for the team and hope that you might be the one we are looking for.

About the Role
As a Documentation Engineer, you are responsible for ensuring that our technical information is up-to-date, structured, and reliable over time. The work involves collecting and quality-assuring information, as well as ensuring that our systems reflect reality.

The role focuses on establishing structure in the documentation flow and following up on compliance with requirements in projects throughout the entire lifecycle – from early stages to handover. Close collaboration occurs with project managers, contractors, and technical specialists to establish correct documentation deliveries.

Who We Are Looking For
We believe you are structured and enjoy working both independently and in collaboration with others. You have experience working in technical systems and can handle large amounts of information, with the ability to see both details and the big picture. With curiosity and an ambition to develop, we believe you will thrive with us.

We would like you to have:
• Good computer skills and enjoy working in technical systems
• Experience with technical documentation, engineering, or similar
• Ability to understand and analyze technical information
• Experience driving documentation processes throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Experience with CAD
• Good understanding of SAP, Antura, and e-Doc
• Experience within the energy sector or other technical operations
• Engineering background or equivalent experience

What is it like to work with us?
You will become part of an engaged and helpful team where different competencies and perspectives are seen as a strength. We support each other, have close collaboration with operations and maintenance, and share the conviction that we solve things best together. Your immediate manager, Patrik Raheb, is an attentive leader who likes to bounce ideas off his team, especially complex ones, with the goal of making them understandable and value-creating. Together with the team, he is keen on developing ways of working, challenging along the way, and creating an environment where everyone has the opportunity to grow.

At E.ON, we actively work with inclusion – it is crucial for driving the energy transition forward. We want you to feel welcome! We strive to create a safe working environment with meaningful tasks and good opportunities for development. We continue to challenge ourselves to create a welcoming workplace where we hope you will thrive.

We work towards a more sustainable energy society, but it is equally important that our employees have the conditions to safeguard their personal sustainability. We therefore offer good benefits to ensure you feel well and have a good balance between work and leisure. Some of these include reduced working hours that are higher than the industry standard, health insurance, free healthcare, and more!

Warmly welcome to apply and join us on the journey towards a sustainable society! The last application date is April 17, 2026.
