About the position

We are looking for customer service representatives for summer jobs with our client Anticimex! Anticimex is a global company specializing in pest prevention services. The company helps both individuals and businesses protect their buildings and operations by identifying and addressing risks such as moisture, pests, and fires. Starting in April, Anticimex will, with the help of the customer service team, respond to pest-related calls from all over Sweden.

The calls that come in are often of great importance to the caller. It may involve a couple planning their summer wedding who suddenly discover wasps at the ceremony site, or a family looking forward to their vacation at the summer cottage but encountering ants in the kitchen. In these situations, you are the first contact, the one who with calm, structure, and attentiveness creates a sense of security.

The position is a summer assignment that runs from April to September. We would like you to start as soon as possible and work part-time initially (about 2–3 days a week). From June to September, you are expected to work full-time, Monday to Friday. Please note that vacation will not be applicable during this period.

Practical information

  • Working hours: Working hours vary between shifts 07:00–15:45, 07:45–16:30, and 08:15–17:00. The majority of shifts will be scheduled for the latter two times.
  • Location: Anticimex headquarters, Marievik, Liljeholmen.
  • Execution: The work is 100% on-site at the office.
  • Introduction: 10 days of training at the office to provide you with the right conditions for the role.

Job responsibilities

The phone is your primary working tool, and the position mainly involves incoming calls and repetitive tasks.

  • Provide guidance and support to customers via incoming phone calls.
  • Update and correct customer information and manage assignments.
  • Plan and book follow-up visits and perform updates and searches of cases.
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience.

We are looking for someone who

  • Is studying at a university or college at least 50%
  • Can work full-time during the summer
  • Has previous experience in service roles
  • Is comfortable using the phone as a working tool
  • Has excellent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is a plus if you have

  • Previous experience in customer service or invoicing issues
  • Previous experience or knowledge of pests
