About the position

As a real estate coordinator, you will play a key role in our real estate office. Your main tasks include supporting the agents in the sales process and providing our customers with service beyond the ordinary. You will also be responsible for administrative tasks, managing customer contacts, participating in purchasing processes, handling marketing via social media, and keeping the office organized.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Has experience working with administration and/or service

• Has a high school education

• Has a B driver's license

Meritorious:

• Previous work experience as a real estate agent or real estate coordinator
