Are you a solution-oriented and service-minded person who enjoys helping both customers and colleagues? Then this might be the job for you!

We are now looking for a service employee/mail administrator within Facility Management for our client in the insurance industry. You will be an important part of the daily work and provide internal support mainly to internal staff at the Stockholm office. We are looking for someone who is studying and wants to gain more practical experience.

Your tasks together with the rest of the team will include:

  • Handling and sorting incoming and outgoing mail/packages as well as registered mail/deliveries for the office.
  • Managing deliveries, cases, and inquiries via a digital case management system and email.
  • Contributing to a smooth and efficient workday by assisting with other administrative and practical office tasks, e.g., ordering/replenishing office supplies, picking up deliveries/mail rounds in the office.
  • The team also handles access cards and photography.
  • The team is also a backup for the reception where they receive both external and internal customers.
  • Ensuring that the work is carried out in accordance with their routines and timeframes.
  • Representing the company in a professional manner through your attire and demeanor.

The position means that you will be employed by us at StudentConsulting, but will work at our client in central Stockholm. You are expected to be available as needed since the assignment is demand-based. Introduction for the assignment will take place in the spring, and to be eligible for the role, you must be available for most of the summer between weeks 24-32. Office hours on weekdays apply with both full and half days.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • You who are studying a post-secondary education or have another main occupation of at least 50%
  • You who have previous experience working in service
  • Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
  • Good computer skills with knowledge of the Office suite and experience working in case management systems
  • An outgoing and positive attitude as well as a professional demeanor
  • Flexibility and the ability to take on various tasks
  • Enjoy working both independently and in a team
  • Solution-oriented and meticulous
