About the Position

This position is for you who have already become a sharp salesperson and now want to find a home in a long-term role as a Key Account Manager where you can feel that the offer you work with is as strong as your own sales skills.

Note: This is a sales role within media sales, but we want to be clear that you do not need industry experience to succeed in this role. Your sales skills are what matters, from there Nordiske Medier has proven experience in matching the right candidate with the right industry knowledge.

At Nordiske Medier, you will work broadly across the entire spectrum of sales including digital platforms, display, print/advertising, events, native, etc. – your ability to be listening and curious about your customer's reality and from there both creative and advisory will be crucial for which part of Nordiske Medier's broad offering fits your customer best.

  • You are already a strong relationship-building salesperson. Now you want to move to a workplace where you can take the next step in your sales career.
  • You are looking for a workplace where you can sit at your desk, look to the right and left and feel: that colleague is inspiring.
  • Nothing sells itself, but you are looking for a brand whose offering is logical and attractive in a way that you rarely need to sell that the customer should use your solution – instead, you can focus on guidance and advice regarding what in your broad solution the customer primarily needs.
  • You want to be in a sales role where the focus is on you taking the right, qualitative actions every week. Many sales roles have requirements for the number of meetings. At Nordiske Medier, they know on one hand that meetings are one way to build relationships and create business – but on the other hand, they also know that a salesperson can be effective in many other forums and channels than meetings. Therefore, you will be followed up and coached on what activities you do each week, not how many meetings you have.
  • Your manager has previously been in your role and will be able to support and challenge you based on their own experience from similar customer cases.
We are looking for you who
  • Have previous experience as a successful salesperson
  • Have documented experience in B2B sales
  • Are relationship-building, listening, and advisory
  • Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English

This is a direct recruitment. This means that OIO manages the recruitment process and you will then be employed directly by Nordiske Medier.
