Nordic Brand Manager – Turtle Wax, Sigtuna

Do you want to develop some of the world's most recognized car care brands?

We are now looking for a Nordic Brand Manager with primary responsibility for our car care range, which includes the brands Turtle Wax and Turtle Wax Professional. Your mission is to build, position, and grow our car care brands in the Swedish market with Nordic responsibility. You will report to our marketing manager, and we are located in pleasant offices in Charlottenberg, Sigtuna.

Grow the brand – in all relevant channels This is a clearly commercial role with marketing and sales at its core. Digital presence is a crucial growth engine – but success is created in the interplay between several channels:

• Digital marketing (SoMe, Influencer marketing, SEM, Display, Print, Retail media)

• E-commerce & performance marketing

• In-store activation and retail materials

• Print and industry media

• Events, fairs, and customer activities

• Sales-driving campaigns together with retailers

You are responsible for ensuring that the whole is coherent – strategically, commercially, and brand-wise.

Digital presence

To succeed in this role, we want you to:

• Understand the difference between awareness and performance

• Determine when the focus should be on reach versus conversion

• Connect digital activities and other activities to actual business goals

• Brief agencies with clear KPIs and business focus

• Measure ROI and optimize efforts based on data

• Understand the roles of different social media in the media mix, such as Meta and TikTok.

• Understand how short-form content and creative iterations contribute to both brand building and sales. Digital marketing is a core component – but always in interplay with retail and physical presence.

Retail, print, events & fairs

Our brands are strong retail brands. Therefore, physical presence and visibility are crucial.

In this role, you will:

• Drive in-store activities and campaigns with retailers

• Ensure proper exposure and positioning in-store

• Develop POS materials and sales support such as brochures and catalogs

• Participate in customer meetings and sales pitches

• Plan and execute launches

• Participate in fairs, international distributor conferences, and customer events

• Work with industry media and relevant print channels

You are comfortable presenting, educating, and representing the brand both internally and externally.

Partnership & Nordic responsibility

You are the link between SEAB and our principals (brand owners).

This means that you:

• Adapt global strategies to Nordic conditions

• Build long-term relationships and partnerships with our brand owners

• Work with a clear Nordic perspective

• Adapt global guidelines to local market realities

• Lead and coordinate the Nordic collaboration for assigned brands

Strategic & commercial responsibility

• Set goals for sales, market share, and profitability

• Develop annual plans and campaign plans

• Be responsible for the marketing budget and forecasts

• Analyze the market, competitors, and consumer behavior

• Follow up on campaign results and adjust strategy

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a business-driven relationship builder with a strong positive mindset.

You have:

• Experience in brand management or a similar commercial marketing role

• Strong understanding of and experience in digital marketing

• Ability to work cross-channel

• Good analytical skills

• Confidence in presenting and communicating internally and externally

• Ability to collaborate closely with the sales organization and external partners

• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Interest in car care is a plus – but the right drive and commercial thinking are more important.

Location

• The position is based at our office in Sigtuna, with the possibility of remote work a few days a week

• Travel within the Nordic region and internationally may occur

• Some presence at events and fairs outside of office hours may be required
