We are looking for a communicative, detail-oriented and driven team player with solid experience in supply or sourcing, preferably from operative purchasing. In this assignment, you will join a growing procurement organization and support a production environment with strong project focus. You will work closely with planning teams, multiple project offices and a wide supplier network to secure material supply for both prototypes and series production of technically complex solutions.

Your responsibilities 

• Purchase materials and services based on planned needs
• Place orders and secure timely deliveries
• Obtain reliable cost estimates
• Drive supplier KPI development and performance follow-up
• Conduct root cause analysis on late or problematic orders
• Provide continuous updates to internal stakeholders
• Manage Non Conformance Reports (NCR)
• Conduct price negotiations when applicable
• Support flow optimization across the supply chain 

What you bring 

• Several years of experience in supply, sourcing or purchasing
• Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics in a production setting
• Ability to independently drive supplier activities
• High sense of responsibility and proactiveness
• Structured, solution-oriented mindset
• Positive attitude and ability to work at a fast pace
• Strong communication and collaboration skills 

Other information about the assignment Workload: Full-time 100% on-site in Stockholm Consulting period: 2025-01-19 to 2026-06-30 Security vetting is required according to current regulations. Additional citizenship requirements may apply depending on clearance level.
