As an Account Manager, you will become a strategic partner for our customers. You will work closely with decision-makers in the construction and installation industry and be responsible for creating value by understanding customer needs, developing the business, and building long-term relationships. The role is both advisory and commercial – focusing on driving growth and creating profitability for both the customer and Projektportalen.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Responsibilities
In the role of Account Manager, you will be a key player in Projektportalen's growth journey. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing a defined customer portfolio and developing long-term relationships
- Identifying new business opportunities and driving the entire sales process – from initial contact to closure
- Conducting customer meetings, both digitally and physically, with a focus on advisory and value creation
- Collaborating with the marketing team to maximize customer outreach through multiple channels
- Contributing insights and strategies to strengthen Projektportalen's market position
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has experience in proactive B2B sales, preferably within SaaS or technical solutions
- Is accustomed to working with longer sales cycles and complex deals
- Has the ability to build strong relationships and create trust with decision-makers
- Is business-driven, structured, and enjoys taking responsibility for your own results
- Has good communication skills and is comfortable with both digital and physical meetings
- Has some industry experience with insight and understanding of Projektportalen's customers' everyday life, for example, worked in a construction or installation company, wholesaler, or similar (a background in any of the following industries is an advantage: Electrical, HVAC, Ventilation, or Sheet Metal)
- Speaks and writes fluent Swedish
