Optimal Trappstädning is a well-established company specializing in stair cleaning for housing associations in the Stockholm area. We are known for our high quality and long-lasting customer relationships, many of our clients have been with us for over 15 years. We are now looking for someone who wants to be a key player in our continued growth!

About the role

As a Key Account Manager, you will work both to create new customer contacts and to represent the company at customer meetings.

You will contact housing associations, schedule meetings, and participate in these to present our services and build relationships. Your work is an important part of opening doors, building trust, and driving our sales forward.

Your responsibilities

• Proactively contact housing associations via phone and email
• Schedule and attend customer meetings
• Present our services in a professional and engaging manner
• Create and maintain lists of potential customers
• Follow up on previous contacts and build long-term relationships
• Work towards clear goals and commission

We are looking for someone who

• Has a strong drive and enjoys talking to people
• Is comfortable both scheduling and conducting meetings
• Is persistent and enjoys working towards results
• Has a professional and pleasant demeanor
• Is self-motivated and structured
• Previous experience in sales, appointment booking, or customer visits is a plus but not a requirement; we are happy to teach you!

Preferred (but not required)

• Previous experience in sales, appointment booking, or customer visits
• Driving license B - automatic is sufficient
• Experience working with people, for example in retail, service, or reception
• You must live in Stockholm as you will be attending customer meetings in Stockholm.

• Guaranteed salary: 20,000 SEK per month
• Commission: 12% of the customer's annual turnover
