Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and can maintain a professional and positive tone regardless of the situation. You are used to working independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and ensure that cases are driven to completion. The phone is your primary tool, and you communicate clearly, calmly, and service-oriented.
As a person, you are structured, flexible, and attentive to the customer's needs. You plan and prioritize your work naturally and contribute to a good atmosphere in the team.
- Experience in customer service via phone and email
- Good experience working in various systems
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
What does the role entail?
In this role, you will be part of the customer service team where you assist customers via phone, email, and chat. You handle inquiries related to both products and services and collaborate closely with retailers to provide the right support. The work includes both simpler and more complex cases, and you actively seek information within the organization to provide accurate answers.
The team works closely together, and you contribute to good collaboration and shared results.
