About the Role

We are looking for engaged and service-oriented customer service representatives who are fluent in Norwegian and Swedish, both spoken and written. In this role, you will be an important point of contact for our Norwegian and Swedish customers and help create a positive and professional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

  • Provide clear and professional responses to customer questions and assist in solving problems.

  • Offer advice and information about our products and services.

  • Register inquiries and document customer interactions in our internal systems.

  • Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure a smooth customer journey.

  • Contribute to improvements in work methods and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of Norwegian, English, and Swedish, both spoken and written.

  • Experience in customer service, call center, or support work is an advantage.

  • Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.

  • Familiar with working in various systems and quick to learn new tools.

  • Solution-oriented, stress-resistant, and good at prioritizing.

  • Good teamwork skills and a positive attitude.

Project Setup:

The position starts as a consultancy assignment through a recruitment provider for 6 months, with planned transition to a permanent position with us after the project period ends.
