About the position

In the role of a selling insurance broker, you will be a key player in matching customers' needs with the best insurance solutions. You will be part of an exciting initiative where the focus is on finding new private customers through cold calls and building a strong customer base. The role requires you to be quality-conscious, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and understand what it means to work with proactive sales.

You will be part of a team of 9 insurance salespeople where collaboration and team spirit are central. The position begins with a thorough introduction that includes training in sales, Lendo's products, and the industry. You will also listen in on calls with colleagues to develop your own sales skills. Your development will continue with ongoing training and coaching – both from your manager and our experienced salespeople.

Job responsibilities

It’s about listening, understanding, and guiding Lendo's insurance customers – not forcing anyone into something they don't need. Here’s a selection of what you will do on a typical day:

📞 Contact cold customers via phone – people know Lendo but do not have insurance today.

💡 Conduct needs analyses and guide the customer to the right insurance solution.

🚀 Identify business opportunities and create added value for the customer.

🔍 You create security. Insurance can be difficult to understand, but you make it easy for the customer by explaining Lendo's insurance products in a simple and clear way.

🎯 Work with high phone activity and clear goals.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has a completed high school diploma.
  • Has sales experience, preferably via phone. It is important that you have a natural sense for sales and a desire to create customer value where you see an opportunity in every call.
  • Is communicative, structured, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and has a good command of English.

To succeed in the role, you have the following personal qualities:

  • You enjoy talking to people. You quickly build trust and make customers feel comfortable.
  • You are service-oriented. Your goal is always for the customer to feel secure and satisfied with their choice.
  • You like working towards goals. Not because someone forces you, but because you enjoy the feeling of success.
