Sales Customer Service Representative – with a passion for service and sales

About the role

In the role of sales customer service representative, you are the company's voice to the outside world. You help our customers with their inquiries – but you don't stop there. You see opportunities. You identify the customer's needs, present smart solutions, and drive upselling that benefits both the customer and the company.

You will:

• Handle incoming calls and emails with a high sense of service
• Actively work with upselling and needs analysis
• Present relevant additional services and products
• Work towards clear goals – both individual and team-based
• Be driven by influencing your own salary through commission
