About the position
At NetOnNet, we constantly strive for development, improvement, and results. Therefore, we are looking for you, a sales manager, who is comfortable coaching others to become their best selves.
As a Warehouse Shop Employee responsible for sales, you are one of several responsible individuals in the Warehouse Shop, and you actively work with sales by coaching your colleagues in both sales and product knowledge. This means selling complete solutions to customers, that is, the right product to the right customer, the right accessories, the right service, and the right security for the customer. All of this should, of course, be delivered with high quality and honesty.
You are an important role model for the team in customer interaction and sales. Through your way of supporting and motivating your colleagues, you help ensure that the Warehouse Shop delivers results and meets set sales targets. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and all your colleagues in the Warehouse Shop.
Your tasks also include other duties in a Warehouse Shop, such as product deliveries, cash handling, and customer service, but with an extra focus on sales and coaching. You will also be responsible for opening and closing the Warehouse Shop together with other leaders and responsible individuals according to the schedule.

We believe that you are currently working as a salesperson in some capacity and are ready to take the next step in your career. If you have experience from the industry, that is an advantage, but absolutely not necessary. It is much more important that you have the right attitude and the ability to lead and coach others to develop in sales.
Work experience in service and/or sales in retail
Interest in learning about our products
Interest in leadership, customers, and sales
Good language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
You must be at least 18 years old to work with us
