As a Key Account Manager at Global Batterier, you will play a central role in our sales team. We are looking for someone who is analytical and structured but is primarily driven by creating trust and profitable business. You will work broadly across industries such as industrial, rental, security, and backup power. Your daily work involves building relationships at all levels, from purchasing managers to operational managers in the field.
We are a team of 15 people in the midst of an exciting transformation journey. Here, you will encounter a culture characterized by long-term thinking and security. We work closely together, which gives you quick support and short decision-making paths from management that understands your daily work.

Responsibilities
- Drive and take responsibility for the entire customer process from analysis and planning to negotiation, implementation, and follow-up.
- Develop our key customers and create growth through long-term business plans.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive profitable growth.
- Build strong relationships at multiple levels within the customer's organization.
- Collaborate closely with internal functions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on results, budgets, and key figures, and ensure good margin development.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in KAM work or B2B sales.
- Experience in technical sales or related industries.
- Ability to understand technical solutions and package them commercially.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Driver's license (B).

Our customers and resellers are located throughout the Nordic countries, and our headquarters is in the Länna industrial area, south of Stockholm. We deliver batteries to everything from manufacturing industries, telecom operators, auto parts chains to individual service locations and workshops.
