You do not need to be a trained guide – what matters is that you have the right language skills, energy, and humor to lead a group.

We provide a ready-made guiding (script, route, and stories), but it is you who brings the language, presence, empathy, and personality.

This is a role for those who want to work with people, culture, and communication in a real way.

- You will lead a guided tour in Spanish through the Old Town for both small and large groups - Each tour lasts 1 hour and 45 minutes, and we try to schedule several per day (with breaks) - You will receive a script, support, and introduction – but you are expected to read and deliver it yourself - You will work on a freelance basis, mainly during the summer months and on weekends (first assignment as soon as possible) - Compensation per guiding session via invoice (company or through a self-employment agency)

• Speaks fluent Spanish with Swedish as their native language (preferably grew up here).

• Ideally speaks additional languages - French, Italian, German, Chinese, Japanese

• Has a genuine and strong interest in history, culture, and people

• Is consistently delivering, secure, responsible, reliable – you are alone in the team with the language

• Can easily absorb facts and make them lively for others, can adapt to weather, group, events

• Has a strong work ethic and can deliver even without constant support

• Can guide regardless of the weather - hot or freezing, sun or rain

• Can handle being assessed: visitors rate content, satisfaction, usability, organization, communication, humor

• Passes credit checks and background checks (we handle payments)

You do not need previous guiding experience – but you need to be comfortable taking space, creating laughter, building relationships, speaking in front of groups, and creating a cohesive experience.
