We are now looking for several service-oriented Car Rental Agents/Car Care Specialists (CSR/Hiker) for our rental stations in Stockholm (Arlanda, Bromma, Kungsholmen, Central Station, Haninge, etc.) who want to contribute to a smooth and memorable customer experience – every day.

We are looking for those who want to work during our peak season (May-August) as summer jobs, but also those who want to work extra as needed. Working hours vary every day of the week between 06:00–23:00, as flexibility is crucial to meet our customers' needs.

About the role

As a Car Rental Agent/Car Care Specialist, you have a central role in the customer's overall experience, from the first contact to the return of the car. Your mission is to create a safe, smooth, and positive rental process where both service and quality are in focus.

You will assist the customer throughout their car rental, such as:

• Managing bookings and customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Renting out cars and creating rental agreements
• Cleaning, preparing, and quality-assuring vehicles as well as handling minor damages
• Car delivery & daily planning of the station's available fleet

A requirement for the position is a valid driver's license (B) and that you are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Furthermore, we believe you are an administrative star with a knack for learning new systems.
