About the Role

As a YH Coordinator, you are the hub of the administrative and coordinating part of the operations.

You will work closely with educational leaders, students, educators, management teams, and external partners. The role requires both structure, flexibility, and a holistic perspective.

Your Main Responsibilities

In the role of YH Coordinator, you will, among other things:

• Provide administrative support throughout the YH process – from application to graduation
• Work with admissions, student administration, and documentation
• Coordinate course starts, training sessions, examinations, and completions
• Maintain ongoing contact with students, educators, and partners
• Support educational leaders in follow-up, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to marketing and information efforts related to the training programs
• Ensure that the work complies with the regulations of the Swedish National Agency for Higher Vocational Education

The work primarily takes place on-site in our facilities in Kungsängen.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

• Has experience in qualified administrative work
• Has a good ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple parallel processes
• Has excellent collaboration skills and a professional, service-oriented approach
• Has good digital competence and experience with administrative systems
• Can work independently and take responsibility
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and collaborative, and enjoys a role with many contact points.

It Is Meritorious If You Have:

• Experience in higher vocational education
• Experience in student administration, educational coordination, or admissions and guidance
• Experience in communication or marketing within education
• Experience working in teams

About the Position

The position is a 50% project employment for 1 year with the possibility of extension. Start date by agreement.
