Within our market area Payroll, we help companies find the right competence in a function that is both business-critical and constantly evolving. Our offering is based on high quality, strong industry understanding, and long-term relationships with both clients and consultants.
We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Payroll business area – a role for you who has a background in practical payroll work and wants to use your skills in a new way. Here, you will combine your understanding of the daily operations of the payroll function with recruitment, networking, and consulting processes.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be an important part of our Payroll team. You are the hub of our consulting and delivery processes and work closely with our business-responsible consulting managers to ensure that we match the right competence with the right assignments. The role suits you who want to work relationship-driven and consultatively, with a focus on quality and long-term commitment.
ABOUT THE ROLEThe role of Talent Acquisition Specialist requires curiosity, structure, technical skill, and the ability to build trust with candidates, consultants, and clients alike. Your previous experience in payroll allows you to quickly understand the target group, ask the right questions, and build credibility in dialogues.
Examples of how you might describe your daily work:
Matching and quality-assuring candidates and consultants within payroll
Driving recruitment processes from start to finish, including interviews and candidate presentations
Building and nurturing networks within the payroll area
Collaborating closely with business-responsible consulting managers to ensure delivery
Maintaining high quality in documentation, feedback, assessment, and processes
Contributing to the development of offerings within the market area Wise Payroll
About you As a person, you are unpretentious, communicative, and enjoy working together with others. You are motivated by creating good matches, building networks, and working in a role with many points of contact.
You have experience in practical payroll work and thrive in roles where structure, relationships, and service meet. Your understanding of payroll issues allows you to quickly build trust – both with candidates seeking their next step and with clients needing a reliable advisor.
The role does not necessarily require extensive experience in recruitment, but you should have some familiarity with interviews and assessments. Most importantly, you are curious, relationship-building, and confident in driving processes forward.
We believe you have:
Experience in practical payroll work (e.g., payroll administrator or payroll consultant)
Experience in recruitment such as selection, search, interviews, and/or other recruitment moments
The ability to create long-term relationships and build networks
A structured approach to work and good administrative skills
Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
