Are you ready to take on a key financial role in a dynamic, international environment? Our client is looking for a skilled and driven Financial Controller to join their expanding Global Franchise team.

About the Role
In this position, you will play a central role in financial steering within the franchise function. As an integral member of the global team, you will work closely with the Head of Controlling for Franchise and collaborate with franchise partners as well as core corporate functions including Accounting, Tax, Transfer Pricing, Treasury, and Business Tech.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate discussions between franchise partners and global functions (Transfer Pricing, Tax, Accounting, Treasury) to ensure alignment and compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
- Establish and maintain robust internal control frameworks for both existing and new franchise partners.
- Identify, manage, and resolve financial matters in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring well-rounded and sustainable solutions.
- Support financial planning, reporting, and performance follow-up together with local and global stakeholders.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory tax and audit requirements by franchise partners.
- Monitor and follow up on payments between franchisor and franchisee, ensuring accurate financial records in close collaboration with franchise accounting.
- Ensure that profit and cost centers related to franchise operations are correctly established and maintained.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of accounting, tax, and transfer pricing principles.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional collaboration and align diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in establishing and managing internal control frameworks.
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to deliver holistic, data-driven financial insights.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across geographies and functions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
