Our units are Star-rated and certified in dementia care, reflecting our shared focus on quality in operations.

We are now looking for an administrative assistant who wants to take on a coordinating role and contribute to good planning and a well-functioning operation.

Your role as an administrative assistant

With us, you have a central and coordinating role in the operation with many contact points in daily work. You are responsible for ensuring that planning and staffing occur based on the needs of the operation and the approved assistance measures.

You follow up on measures and orders together with the care contact of the client and ensure that it meets the user's needs and wishes. The role also includes home visits to new clients and when needs change.

You guide and coach employees during group meetings to achieve goals, create a good atmosphere, and work environment.

The work also includes administrative tasks such as planning in the operation's IT systems, following up on key figures, invoicing, and orders. You produce statistics and operational follow-ups and assist in recruitment.

The role also includes collaboration with internal and external contact points, such as assistance administrators, authorities, and health centers.

Your qualifications and experience

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Relevant post-secondary education, preferably with a focus on personnel administration or other education deemed equivalent by the employer
  • Experience in coordination and leadership within elderly care
  • Good computer skills as you work in systems such as Paraply-system, Medvind, Lisa self-service, Agresso, and the planning tool SchemOs
  • Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
  • Good knowledge of Word and Excel to interpret data and analyze results.
  • Driving license B

It is also meritorious if you have:

  • Good knowledge of labor law
  • Experience working in home care or other care and support
  • Knowledge of systematic work environment management.

To work with the elderly and persons with disabilities in their homes within the city of Stockholm, you must provide a copy of your criminal record. The extract must not be older than 6 months from the date of issue.
