When a business area needs to deliver stable profitability in complex traffic agreements, more than just reporting is required. It requires structure, analysis, business understanding, and the courage to challenge.

We are now looking for a Group Manager for our Business Control organization. In this role, you will lead a team of Business Controllers and have overall responsibility for financial governance within one of our business areas.

You will be responsible for analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and follow-up, while ensuring quality in the business area's financial governance. At the same time, you will be an active business partner to the operations.

In addition to the business area responsibility, you will also act as a Business Controller for one business. This means you will navigate seamlessly between detailed analysis and strategic discussions in the management team.

You will report to the Head of Business Control.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience in qualified Business Control work

• Is confident in a leadership role and wants to develop both people and working methods

• Combines analytical sharpness with a holistic business perspective

• Is used to working closely with operations and constructively challenging

• Previous personnel responsibility is an advantage

You will be based at our headquarters in Bromma. As we have operations throughout Sweden, travel may occur in your role.
